The Principal Membership of the Council consists of Technology Member Companies that provide technology services or products as a primary business, with a strong workforce of technically trained personnel. These companies may be standalone businesses or divisions or larger organizations that need to be represented within the Council organization.

Technology Companies, defined as an entity which derives over 50% of its gross revenue, as certified by its Chief Financial Officer.
